Frys.com Open Adds Irish Flavor and VIP Area to 16th Hole

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Frys.com Open Tournament Director Scott Reid announced today that two venues located at the scenic par-3 16^th hole at Grayhawk Golf Club’s Raptor Course have been added to the 2009 Frys.com Open.

O’Donoghue’s Irish Pub, an elevated hospitality tent with great views of the action on the 16^th green will be open to the general public. Several beverages will be available for purchase – including an Irish staple, Guinness beer.  Additional beer selections, soft drinks and pub fare also will be available for purchase.

Located next to O’Donoghue’s will be the VIP Paddy O’ – sponsored by Paddy O’ Furniture.  The VIP Paddy O’ offers complimentary food and drinks. Tickets to the VIP Paddy O’ can be purchased for $75 each day.

“The City of Scottsdale already boasts the loudest, most-fun par-3 on the PGA TOUR – the 16^th at the FBR Open,” Reid said. “The addition of these two new venues at our own 16^th hole promises to bring our excitement level to new heights.”
