GEORGE LOPEZ, IAN KENNEDY, KEN WHISENHUNT, EMMITT SMITH AND ALICE COOPER AMONG CELEBS IN WEDNESDAY’S SILVER PRO-AM

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Comedian George Lopez, Arizona Diamondbacks pitching ace Ian Kennedy, Arizona Cardinals Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt, all-time NFL leading rusher Emmitt Smith, rock-n-roll legend Alice Cooper, Diamondbacks Broadcaster Mark Grace and ESPN’s Mark May are scheduled to play in this year’s Waste Management Phoenix Open FBR/Xerox Silver Pro-Am, which tees off at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1st on the TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course. A regular on the PGA TOUR, Lopez will be making his fifth appearance at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Lopez is one of the premier comedic talents in the industry today, selling out concert venues from coast-to-coast. He has crossed over into the acting industry, appearing in television programs and major motion pictures.  Alice Cooper, a rock singer, songwriter and broadcaster whose career spans more than four decades, is an avid-golfer who lives in Scottsdale and plays regularly at the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course.
